A floppy tube dancer with a party hat droops beside a little blower at the edge of the deck. Each time a friend hops, a coloured pulse rolls across the floor into the blower, the dancer puffs up taller and wiggles harder, and his eyes go wide. At the end all three hop together, he stands up tall and wild, and a shower of toy blocks tumbles out of his hat.
