A pasta machine on tall legs stands at the edge of the deck with an empty bowl underneath. Each time a friend hops, the crank spins, more noodles squeeze out of the machine and curl up in the bowl. At the end all three hop together, the machine shakes, a big noodle bow pops out on top and the machine smiles and hops happily.
