A little rabbit stands beside a wooden tub with a soft white mochi in it and an empty skewer waits nearby. Each time a friend hops, the rabbit swings its mallet and pounds the mochi, which squishes flat and grows a little bigger. At the end all three hop together, the rabbit gives one big pound, the mochi pops into three round dumplings and they fly over to sit on the skewer one by one.
